Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM WIB and check-out is by 12:00 noon WIB.
- Early check-in requests must be confirmed with the management in advance.
- Late check-out is charged IDR 100,000 per hour.
Payment and deposit
- The minimum accommodation deposit is IDR 150,000 per tent booked.
- Activities: rafting and ATV can be paid on site. Paintball requires a deposit of at least 50%, a minimum of 10 players, and booking at least 3 days in advance.
- The balance is due before check-out.
- Payment is by bank transfer to the account our admin sends when confirming your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Safety, privacy and facilities
- Additional guests must be reported to the management. Outside visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM WIB.
- Speakers and amplified sound are allowed until 10:00 PM WIB.
- Bladed weapons, drugs and other prohibited items are not allowed.
- Any indecent or unlawful behaviour will be reported to the authorities.
- Please use the facilities with care; guests are responsible for any intentional damage.
- The management is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
